I was beginning to wonder if you were still around. I don't have MS Office (yet), so am unaware of any conflicts there. And, the only conflict I'm currently having is Hotline crashing when I try to use it right after I have been online with Netcom. Did Jeff offer any info on extension conflicts?

I'm still using Hotline's built-in download feature and haven't had any DialData problems. Have you tried the internet download tool that Jeff came out with recently?
