Your auditor quit and pulled their opinion on past 10K's - due apparently to the accounting fraud we accused the company of committing; 2. SBTK stock was de-listed and the stock price dropped from our sell price of $26ish to $.15 centsish (OUCH!!); 3. The board of directors kicked your lying scumbag ass to the street; 4. SBTK defaulted on all of their debt; 5. SBTK filed for bankruptcy and SBTK assets have been liquidated; The good news for SBTK shareholders Mssr. Padda is this: We are working to instigate criminal indictments against you for committing securities fraud and accounting fraud, and for screwing shareholders out of millions of dollars.
