re: Sort of an old game in the oligopoly utilities. So, I guess you don't think deregulation has produced a free market, with good service and low prices. Neither do I. It looks to me like a lot of the deregulation of various industries over the last 20 years, hasn't worked, and is going to be reversed. Unfortunately, the re-regulation process will involve our leaders papering over their past mistakes with a lot of taxpayer dollars.
