Salomon Smith Barney's Jack Grubman believes that WCOM stock more than discounts remaining co issues; weak industry demand and the SEC inquiry will be an overhang on WCOM stock until at least 2H02, and firm ests no rev growth in Q1-Q2 and only 1.8% rev growth in 2002, which is below guidance; yet when demand recovers the co (and T) will benefit most from an improving economy and industry rationalization; further, co has no liquidity issues. Lowers price target to $10 from $12 and retains Buy rating
