Interesting post from Zik001 on the Fool board. He raises some valid points, but I don't agree with him completely.

I do have a question, though. Where does this person get the idea that Zip production capacity is a problem? I see no evidence of this. According to the latest conference call, Iomega currently has the capacity for 20 million Zips per year, and is in fact shipping a million a month. There are no reports of shortages at retail. Box makers are apparently getting ample supply.

S. Bateh's recent posts also support the argument that Zip production doesn't seem to be constrained.

Iomega has plenty of problems, but a lack of Zip production capacity really isn't among them, as far as I can see.
