Hi Dealer,

V is just fine! He knows what he is doing. The psychological impact of the China announcement is significant and he knows what havoc that news item will reek. I seriously doubt that the HOUSES are strong enough to manipulate a country like China, although they probably would like to think they have the cajones to do so.
