Not sure if that PR was a waste of $400 of OUR money or not. Doesn't say jack sh*t about anything except more delays and business as usual. I will be calling tomarrow and see if they even acknowledge the proxy vote and shareholder revolt. In my mind a company becomes attractive by executing a good plan wisely not by performing an outragous reverse split to give would be new investors the idea that the stock is actually worth anything. What a crock of you know what. Jack will get my 1 cent's worth tomarrow. Mike
