Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience, and thank you for your patience. —Your friends at Emode.com i went to the trouble to take an IQ test 3X at this web site and this was the "result"....the first two stated an "error occurred" and they were trying to "fix it"... was i really dumb to take the test 3x?? :) hey zebs... you think that we are in the same secondary bubble (RE) as was Japan? it does seem slightly different in the sense that the japanese RE bubble occurred concurrently with the nikkie bubble... both asset classes were deflated at the same time.. i'm not certain i have a firm grasp on at what point did the BOJ begin lowering rates to practically nil off the top of my head
