SCAREEE STUFF!!!! It looks like its going to be tight. Will cash hold
out long enough to pay the bills and implementation costs for Kemess
thru April? Will Peggy meet the April date? Has RYO sold any of their
gold production beyond Dec.,1997? If not, will they have to sell it at
market? The gold market has me scared even more than RYO's cash position.

RYO's properties still look very attractive so it wouldn't appear that
there would be significant downside risk, even at fire sale prices for
their assets, however the gold market is far from healthy and the
situation is tenuous at best. I'm hanging on as the reasons behind my
accumulation of RYO are still valid....Kemess and other good properties,
good management, and anexcellent price. I just have to close my eyes to
the gold market until all the shorts get tired of making money at the
expense of my sanity.

Good luck fellow RYO'ers. FYI I couldn't stop myself from picking up
some more shares today at these prices.
