Nanogen and Aventis also executed a definitive Collaborative Research and Development Agreement, which details the rights and responsibilities of the parties under the collaboration. The parties also agreed to extend the guaranteed term of the research program from two to three years, which assures substantial additional funding to Nanogen for this third year.

(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 1999--ITT Cannon has awarded Alydaar Software Corporation (Nasdaq:ALYD) a Year 2000 contract.
The contract calls for Alydaar to remediate ITT Cannon's legacy system code at its Charlotte, North Carolina, Year 2000 factory. Terms of the contract are undisclosed.
ITT Cannon is part of ITT Industries (NYSE:IIN), a leading worldwide diversified manufacturing company with 1997 sales of $8.8 billion.
