JMHO, I will not be surprised to hear the official announcement in a couple of weeks confirming that. I got the update on the status of competition from DCLK. If DCLK does acquire NETG it will solidify their position and will take them way ahead of the others. But based on the response from IR, they seem pretty confident about their capabilities and potential.
