Can already tell you what it will be about, MORE LIES. The Spin Doctors no doubt will be saying so and so is interested in signing with Palomar and they are a multi zillion $ co. , but don't hold your breath and DON'T ever expect to see any earnings. Also don't be surprised if they are spinning off another side co. and the IPO is yet to be announced...blah, blah, blah.......
