On your very on AOL (kw: First Call) shows FY98E $0.87 (P/E 86) which in fact is DOWN from $0.88 before the CSRV deal. At least get basic facts straight before trying to spin them. >>estimates for cy 1998 vary, avg. around 1.25 or so.
