Gary Kao: re your "Intel's press release today after close also referred to decrease in capital outlays b/c of "construction delays". This sounds bad!" Why did this sound bad to you? More free cash. Hey intc is not cash strapped and I think they've proven they know when to increase production. I don't recall all of the details but intel said the decrease included deferring capital for a new facility to house administration types. I'm all for not spending money on non-revenue producing assets. Best Regards Greg Gimelli
