toll brothers bought up thousands of acres around here years ago. build as needed usually $750,000 as started i would say now. ceo in an interview a few years back with maria mentioned they have property all over in places they plan to build , it appears the only thing to slow them down would be demand. Properties have been cleared through townships etc.
