By under I don't mean out of business, I mean under with Netscape and other overvalued stocks that were eventually fairly valued by the market. I may have to take back what I said previously about AOL being the most overvalued stock on the planet, however. Amazon.com, which just closed near $50 may now qualify for the honor--not only no earnings, but fairly substantial losses and about no chance they're ever going to make any money--they're about to become roadkill as Barnes & Noble etc. move into the business. (Barnes & Noble already has competencies in distribution as do other large retailers, unlike AOL and, on the web, converting an order into a delivered book is what it's all about).
