Does anyone have a reference as to the listing requirements for a company to be listed for options trading? Dave and Graham you have stated that the VSE is winding up options trading...does this mean that the TSE and MSE will be the sole trading exchange for options in Canada?
When a company plummets to a low share price (ie. RPP- Repap on Toronto or Montreal approx. 0.80) do the exchanges just discontinue releasing the next option series. Specifically, I'm wondering what the cutoff point is and the requirements that must be met in order to stay afloat in the option market?

Thanks
-Ryan
