CREE is acquiring UltraRF from SPCT. SPCT makes high-end, high frequency RF amplifiers for digital base stations. CREE has SiC and other materials that will make the amplifiers even more formidable on the thermal efficiency and foot print fronts (among other areas). These amplifiers are ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY for the rollout of 3G. In the CC Management said orders from CHINA are surprisingly strong. This means one thing folks, the rollout is moving forward in China well ahead of anyone's expectations. Oh, what a beautiful day.
