'gyppo' was once pejorative, is now self-applied by independent outfits in the woods ... a lot of them start out derogatory, and then get robbed by the derogatorees 'Instant Asshole (Scandinavia) term for Icelanders (just add alcohol)' - lol, non-urban danes have one or two zippy expressions for residents of Copenhagen, and vice versa, can't recall them but one involves alcohol .... check out there the kiwi term jaffa, 'just another f__kwit from Auckland' en.wikipedia.org - oh good, someone is organising this ... no can-con as yet, but some bright soul did provide a link to - en.wikipedia.org .
