Not mine, but thanks, I'll check. Anyway, doing it your way:
$385m/($16.77 x 3) = 7.65m

That would resolve discrepancy versus:
$80m/($3.47 x 3) = 7.68m

but still leaves not only the 1m difference versus 8.6m, but also
that 7.6_m is less than the 8m with which AOL *began* the quarter.
Any ideas?
