Numerically, but perhaps not logically.

At least logic says that the $3.47 advert is irrespective of mix of
what subs are paying for access. Eyeballs are eyeballs.

By contrast, the $16.77 reflects the mix of paying and non-paying subs, churn thereof, etc. which impact the access revenue stream.

The implication is that the number of subs derived from the a/c numbers should be greater than that computed via the access ones.
