I had hoped December might produce nice temperatures in the 70s. 85 is a little high. Would like to go Tuscon in the future. I had a very good time this summer in North Carolina's Great Smokey Mountains. Only had a week. Would have liked to have stayed longer. Spent time, in the mountains, near Asheville. If you like good arts and crafts, Asheville is a very nice place to visit. The city is in the foothills of the mountains so it wasn't too hot. I have a frequent flyer ticket to burn. Since, it has been so hot, I'm considering a trip to Labrador or the North West Territorities--just kidding (sort of). Still have to phone the airlines. Did you have time for a vacation this summer?
