Below is a copy of a response by me to a private message from Kerm. He's tryin' like hell to keep me from harm's way and I'm just ignoring him <g>. Just wanted to get it up on the board here so when Benz is down to C$.40 in a couple of months I can remind myself that at least I wasn't warned by the superstar himself.

Kerm,

Thanks much for your thoughts.

As quoted in Benz's press release of 11/9 (see exchange2000.com, in "your" Korner), they're switching to the US since they want to more closely allign the country where the company does its business with the country where the company's stock trades.

I do not doubt your speculations. I have heard that they tried to get onto the TSE and were told to get lost.

This does not deter my very high bullishness on BZG at all. I believe that once the stock is traded on a US exchange (whatever the reason may be that it is there), the stock will appreciate significantly from the current quote of C$.90. With a little more drilling luck I believe they will be in a good position to blast through the huge roadblock currently being imposed by the C$1.70 convertible debentures, once we get to 10/99.

Re: listing on the Amex, it may or may not be a rumor but I think you would agree that it makes enormous sense for this company. The stock price is just a few cents away from qualifying right now (assuming a 1:5 consolidation) and with all the good news coming up its almost inconceivable that the price would not qualify for an Amex listing come January (which is when they hope to be ready to go I'm told).

Not sure what the significance of the frequency of news releases has re: the risk of investing in the company. Maybe I could see a problem if they were hype releases, but Benz has rarely issued this kind of a release. Remember, the market cap. of this company is still only C$30 mm, so theoretically every little well they hit is "material".

In any event, always great to get your thoughts and well-wishes.
