From Yahoo's insider transaction report, a gleam of hope mat exist regarding the current stock and its destiny. In May of this year, Charles Sceptor's daughter Rose, filed an initial report of her holdings in SVCDQ stock(1125 shares). Since May quotes on the stock is practically of no value, it is probably not intended to sell the stock later. My guess is that she may want to add some at a later date. Charles Sceptor is the current President; his daughter Rose is a vice president in charge of Jewelry at Service Merchandise. Cusano is the CEO (possibly acting as the trustee?). All they had to do is watch out for cash flow and pay on time all the current A/P; so they are not being forced into chapter 7. All the current stockholders may get some new stock, if this X'mas season pan out?
