How to reduce headcount and introduce efficiency ?

Efficiency in business is defined as sales volume or revenue divided by the number of people employed. Nowadays, stores are often $1 million per employee. Manufacturing is $250,000 per employee.

This means you need supply chain software to control JIT(just in time) hired help.

It costs $1 million to put a supply chain software into a company to do e-market world wide. The supply chain software can save $5 million in inventory reduction, if your company is 4100 million is sales.

However, supply chain software in franchises is awfully cheap to acquire. Store can be bought from 424,000 to $50,000. The headquarters came with the franchise.

E-market is the future efficiency in business.
