(See Item #5 of the Attached Previous Correspondence for Reference) 2) Is US Dataworks participating in the new NACHA DCT Pilot Set to Launch 1st Quarter 2008? 3) Good to see that insiders purchased 700K shares recently and that John T. McLaughlin received some options to buy UDW stock. Where were the insider shares purchased from?(Treasury Stock, open market, pre-arranged sale, etc.) Were the funds required to fund short-term working capital or some other initiative? 4) Did UDW finance, sell or pledge their accounts receivables as collateral? What were the loan funds used for? (i.e. Repay your loan to company? etc.) 5) Did the following clients rollout ClearingsWorks Platform in the 2nd quarter? If so, why was there no press release? - Music entertainment Company - Midwest Insurance Company - Health Benefits Organization - Regional Newspaper - Large Retail Merchant 6) Is a MAJOR announcement still expected within the next 60 days? 7) Have you had the opportunity to obtain the US Dataworks patent filing number of ImageKey from your legal counsel? 8) Will UDW's ATM's be certified by Better ATM as Diebold's ATMs have been to dispense prepaid credit cards? 9) Has there been any progress regarding the sale of remaining ATMs manufactured by Hyundai Syscomm? 10) What research or due-diligence areas should I look to for clues regarding UDW's progress and success?
