Ken: When it was still PMAT and in the mid teens just after the acquisition, we raised the question of viability and possible failure due to the huge debt load taken on just as the semi were turning down. This is kind of water under the bridge. I must agree with Carl that this company right now is worth 5 to 8 bucks based on its technology, nothing else. Yes miracle can happen, and yest they could get some orders, but in my estimate they will now have to reach yearly sales in the range of $150 MM annually to dig themselves from the financial quandry they have put themselves in. Beware of ground floor opportunities, some will grow from the ground, but other will put you six feet under the ground. Apparently the term "gorund Floor" might have different interpretations. Zeev
