Hopes won't work. Action will! I emailed ED&P (the attorneys for the stockholders).They are trying to get a court order stopping the vote. I think that the more of us who join this lawsuit, the stronger our case will be. BTW, it does not cost us anything, so contact the attorneys and join in.
