Thanks for posting that, the writer made quite a few reasonable and innovative points in terms of how our current system works and how unfair it is to smaller practices. I had surgery myself today, the surgeon used this 2 million dollar 'da Vinci' robot to perform it, I must admit I was a bit 'intimidated' when they wheeled me into the OR and I actually saw this thing. The surgeon operates it from a console next to the actual robot sort of like a video game. This thing can peel a grape as shown in the short video below.
