I am inclined to believe that that agreement is in effect. I believe as was posted on RB by the paid poster that they are seeking funding. I know what that may mean. Common funding may not be readily provided by the regular sources such as banks due to the lack of future and present earnings demonstrated. The most likely source is the old "Floorless Convertible Placement or Floorless PP AKA Toxic Financing". That is the end after that. Let's see what financing they announce.
