The Immigration issue is not being pushed by the GOP anymore. They're terrified they've permanently turned off Hispanic voters. And their business bosses wants the ultra cheap labor. Bush himself literally supports illegal immigration. He stands with the bosses. They are his real base. The GOP congress cannot run separate from Bush. They've been a rubber stamp for 4 years. And always dishonestly.
