No mention of course that Preview long has been AOL's exclusive provider of travel (on strength of Leonsis's 78,000 shares acquired before his company was acquired by AOL); or that AOL owns 15%. OR that H&Q is underwriter of Preview's IPO via which the money to pay AOL is to come.
