Nelx Inc., according to their latest 10-QSB, filed May 14, 1999, NXLI has, as of February 28, 1999, 46,352,042 outstanding shares of common stock, par value $.0001.

I do not know what the float is. According to this filing the company has some short term debt, of around 100K, but does not report any long term debt.
