FY98 Consensus has been $0.87 going back to June. Q1 earnings were $0.09 "after adjustments". Deals announced in past three months (since amazon, CUC, etc late June/early Jul) mil/yr Onsale 0.4 N2k 6 Preview travel 6 Amer greetings 1 ---- $13.4/116m shares = $0.12 +$0.09 = $0.21 Only $0.66 left to go in three quarters to make $0.87. Q2 (sep) concensus is $0.12 (reflecting amazon, CUC, 1-800 Flowers); Q3 (dec) $0.16. $0.09+$0.12+$0.16= $0.37. That says Q4 has to be $0.49
