My interest in coconut oil has waned. I have some and I tried it a couple of times but it just doesn't seem to fit. I associate coconut odor and flavor with sweets and I don't eat sweets. I tried it to grease the pan for scrambled eggs and it just seemed wrong. So I don't know what I'd use it for other than shrimp and I haven't sauteed any shrimp in ages.

Haven't tried coconut water. Did try your greens yesterday and the taste was palatable. The whey arrived yesterday but I haven't had occasion to try it yet. Too many other things to eat, not enough room on the dance card.
