Did Obama put the $6,800.00 top for Michelle on a credit card and whose credit card?

How much will it cost in total for the USA for Michelle to be at the Olympics---------how many FBI agents, the flight etc.---cosmetic artists.

Will it cost in the millions or maybe even a billion for her to be there? Are the girls there with their friends as in Mexico----just an August break before school starts?

For certain she is not there on her own money. She is there on American taxpayers' money.
