Here's one re banks. I'm bullish on banks, bac and jpm specifically.Bernanke was speaking re banks this AM. I understand the word regulation and too big to fail. Those that own banks best be doing their due diligence to consider the effect of more regulation. As one does that then one should be considering the challenges of a bank to do business with a regulator looking over their shoulder or a regulator implementing new rules and the costs for a bank to do so or the impact to a bank re ongoing strategy.

Bottom line re the banks the days for loosey goosey are done. Those banks with the best footprints and controls in place will do well over TIME. Yet here and now most of them are still trying to figure out DODD/FRANK and it's impact. Throw in the govts desire to help housing but at the cost to the bank re risk and it's going to take a much longer time then many understand re full housing recovery.

The bank sector is in the 70's of the bell curve and banks are vulnerable for some pullback. Thus the reason I sold covered calls.
