 Criterion designs, develops, markets and supports human resources planning systems for diversity management/affirmative action planning, career development/succession planning and training administration. As part of the broad agreement, Criterion will extend a special migration offer to existing Restrac Plan customers who wish to upgrade their existing configurations with Criterion's StrategicSuite(tm) solutions. The special migration offer, available through the end of 1997, includes significant financial incentives for Restrac Plan customers who want to take advantage of Criterion's products.
