I have been the CEO and Chairman of CyclOPSS for the last 7 years. As such, it would be improper for me to respond regarding your claims until such time as the Company makes a full public disclosure of any such significant events, should they occur. However, I would like to correct your information regarding the number of common shares outstanding and in the "float". As of the end of CyclOPSS' most recent fiscal quarter ending November 30, 1996, there were 12,681,196 shares issued. As of January 31, 1997 the Security Listing Position as reported to the company by the DTC showed 5,075,064 shares on deposit with 90 brokerage firms. |
