Orcatron Communications Ltd - News Release JV to bid for UK Ministry of Defense contract Orcatron Communications Ltd OCT Shares issued 7790105 1997-02-27 close $0.82 Friday Feb 28 1997 News Release Mr Bent Larsen reports The company has entered into an agreement with Basys Marine Ltd, part of the UK company Channel Holdings plc, on an international collaboration to bid for a multi-million dollar contract to provide underwater communications equipment to the Ministry of Defense in the UK. The agreement also covers a joint manufacturing arrangement for the production of the equipment that the contract will require as well as provisions to produce other Orcatron products for sale within the remainder of Europe. A definitive agreement governing the collaborative and manufacturing relationship is currently being drafted and will be completed within the next few months. Good Luck Peter
