Perk: I don't see them distributing shares of Turtle Mtn to MXAM shareholders. I think the company will hold these. What we need is some info on number of shares, float, etc. I suppose that will come with the registration in 60 to 90 days. It would be nice to receive some of these shares, but I doubt if that is the plan. Lee
