ISS isn't a firewall company. They claim to be an intrusion detection company which is a very different segment of the security market. They are very small ($13M in 97) and lost nearly $4M. The latest Cisco announcement of the acquisition of WheelGroup is going to put ISS under a lot of pressure as WheelGroup has a new intrusion detection product that targets ISS.
