Marcos,
The S & P ratings you have are the same ones I posted previously, albeit in an abbreviated form. I assume that the "pi" simply refers to "Public Information", which I assume is much better here than in many parts of the world, although I am not suggesting South American is as transparent as some of the others countries rated with a "pi" suffix.
In any case here todays market update:

Colombia shares end higher led by Bavaria and BIC

BOGOTA, March 6 (Reuters) - Colombian stocks ended higher Friday in an active session that saw winners led by brewing and beverage company Bavaria SA <BAV.BG> and Banco Industrial Colombiano <BIC.BG>.

Bogota's IBB index added 1.31 percent to end the week at 1,187.60 on turnover of about 2.8 billion pesos. Medellin's IBOMED <.IBMG> general price index closed up 1.34 percent at 16,684.36.

"The market has found its floor again after the recent falls," said one Bogota-based trader. He and others attributed the day's gains to both local investors and foreign funds.
The day's biggest winner was Banco Industrial, which bounced back from a recent bout of profit-taking to close up a strong 6.7 percent in Bogota at 3,202 pesos.

Most active Bavaria added 3.16 percent in Medellin, where it ended at 8,150 pesos. Valores Bavaria SA <VBS.BG>, the company's financial arm, also closed sharply higher after gaining 3.8 percent in Medellin.
Brokers said the rises were fueled by Bavaria's announcement early Friday that it will offer stockholders a 66.4 percent increase in their annual dividend at a meeting set for March 31.
