What makes you think Institutions will be buying in on monday? I would like too mention recently I moved to the Northwest(Washington back in december). I found my home on the web thru the Windermere website. Windermere were the only ones that I was able to find that had any significant number of listings to cruise thru. A couple of months ago I tried to find my parents house, that was supposely listed on the web, but was not able to find anything worth looking at in the entire state of Colorado. Listings for homes was almost entirely non-exsistant. My parents still want to sell their home but would like to find someone else that could possibly give their home some exposure. Windermere had very nice picture and a search engine of their database of listings within the state of Washington. I love the concept and believe ther are big bucks to be made here but currently do not see anyone doing it except Windermere. Could someone point me in the right direction. Would love to get my parents home the proper attention. Some nice news lately and some nice pops for investors. Are there any plans for being a reporting company? Has this stock been TMEXED yet? Why the runup 2 weeks ago? slp
