Fellow investors, My heart goes out to those of you who might have
suffered a major decline in your portfolios today. Hopefully it was
cushioned at least a little bit by a small dose of FNTN. My holdings
have been 98% in FNTN and I consider myself lucky today and the past few
days. It was an irrational decision but in retrospect turned out to be
alright. As I compared other stocks I owned to FNTN, being a risk taker,
I replaced most other stocks with FNTN slowly. Buying FNTN became a
habit.

The Lurkers Corner now reports over 8.3 Mil shares in long hands. And I
am sure there is more than that out there that is long or in the process
of becoming long. As I have said before if we ever acquired the market
cap of Yahoo our FNTN share will be worth 500 hershey bars each . As
has been reported AOL members are beginning to discover our "THE PENNY
STOCK OF THE YEAR". Our friends are finally getting convinced to at
least spend the equivalent of a CAR REPAIR BILL on FNTN. A thousand
shares for about a $2,000 investment could very well become worth
$100,000 if we reach $100 per share (Or a split and $50 per share /or/
two splits and $25 per share).

Now this may never transpire. I personally would rather spend the $2000
and not play the state lottery for the next two years. The odds are
overwhelming better with FNTN. Just my opinion. Do your own due
diligence before investing or see your Financial Advisor.
Harry (FNTN closed today at Bid 1.82 ask 1.89 up about 25% for the
last two days)

For some reason I can't access the FNTN website for some fundamental
info. so I
thought I'd take a look at the technical picture which I prefer
anyway.

Overall FNTN has a very bullish chart.

1) A look at the volume chart shows that FNTN held up remarkably
well during the
"pump and dump" phase. A good sign of underlying strength by the
longs unwilling
to let go of a good thing. Very much unlike other stocks that had a
good story(ie:
PNLK, CYGS) See below:

tscn.com
(Comparison of FNTN to PNLK, CYGS)
tscn.com.

2) MACD, which is one of the strongest indicators is very bullish.
The height of the
histogram is important, because it reflects the enthusiasm of the
market. The greater
the enthusiasm, the greater the amplitude of the histogram. When the
MACD
histogram shrinks and flattens out (i.e., runs parallel to the zero
line), the trend is
running out of steam, and a reversal is imminent.

tscn.com.

3) Momentum continues to rise. When the momentum indicator rises to
a new peak
it shows that the enthusiasm of the market crowd is growing and
prices are likely to
rally higher.

tscn.com.

4)OBV (On Balance Volume) is trending upwards with price. This is a
strong
confirmation of the uptrend. A break in the trend of OBV usually
preceeds a
reversal of trend in price.

tscn.com.

That was the good, now for the.... less than good.

5) The stochastic indicator is showing oversold. However this chart
uses a 16
period stochastic which is smoothed by an 11 period moving average.
This
stochastic chart can remain in oversold for weeks or months in a
strong uptrend. I
personally use an 8 period stochastic histogram with 5 and 3 period
moving
averages for stocks of this nature. (You can input my numbers or
your own in the
boxes provided under the chart and it will tell you the return you
would have had
for using those numbers....try it!)

tscn.com.

6) The only other thing that bothers me technically is the distance
of price from the
13 day exponential moving average. Presently it is about 26% from
the line.
Usually this is unsustainable. I'm thinking price may trend sideways
a bit until price
is no more than 10 - 15% from the 13 day EMA line. (On the following
chart the
default is a 30 day simple moving average, you will have to manually
input 13 and
click the exponential dot if you desire to do so).

tscn.com.

Right now support is obvious at $1.50 and there is no clear sign of
resistance other
than the near term $2.00 mark. I think if it clears $2.00 the next
stop will be $4.50
(although not the next day of course!)

tscn.com.

Anyway you slice it, at this point in time FNTN is a winner!

Dan, there may be investors abroad as you suggest. I have included
my family and friends in as far off places as Kuwait and India on
the mailing list. That gives me another idea. How about sending it
to my alumnii,,there is a bulletin board on internet for alumnii of
any and every school and college. Get in touch with those old folks
and some of them may decide on FNTN as a potentially good
investment. Let the old brother/sister come thru for them.....
Almost
all my friends at work are buying ...one is going to buy tomorrow..

Kevin, I'm not a lawyer, but I always thought that being owners
(shareholders) of a PUBLIC company is a method for empowering
individuals (and, of course, raising capital) in a capitalist
society.
If we get together to decide what we want the company to do, we
have a lot more clout than just "conspiring" on SI or in a meeting
hall someplace. We can actually direct the focus and
implementation of companies we "own" by voting! When I get
proxy statements in the mail, some of them are from disgruntled
officers or investors who want a big change in the way their
company does business. I can't see anything different in tallying
"our" shares. Only in this case we're on the side of management.
Yes, MS certainly cares, but he can't do what he needs to if he's
always thinking about "What would the shareholders do in my
place."

In fact, I want just exactly what he wants and am overly elated that

he has the job and I don't.

Let's get a legal opinion from some of the closet lawyers on this
thread. C'mon, fess up, we know you're out there....

All the best,
M.

Kevin: I think that these are pretty accurate answers to your 2
questions:

Answer to Q 1. Yes - (MS reads the threads)
Answer to Q 2. No
To expound on your collusion question, we are all free agents with
no real control over what the other guy does. Also - when I bought
my stock, nobody told me I couldn't share the numbers with Harry.
As Raven said, "It's called CLOUT." Someday (probably to
protect the poor MMs) somebody will try to eradicate or limit
stock threads. Until that day occurs, we're helping to stabilize a
great and deserving company. We're doing what any owners or
employees of a quality company should do. Help it succeed.
My original selfish intent of buying a moneymaking stock has
evolved into much more. Now, knowing the company better and
having "met" you and the rest of the quality human beings on this
thread, I will be as thrilled to see your successes, as my own.
I never expected that bonus,
and it's a terrific feeling.

pjamk: I also believe the same thing about Seimens and FNTN
relationship. But no matter what, its one heck of a company for a
"penny" to be linked with. But also as I and others have said,
FNTN is a penny by unusual circumstance, and it is no way close
to the price it should be considering the market its in, and the
potential and
its "partners". I imagine I have many "stock kin" that are saying,
along with me, "Why does the market have to "dump" just when my
"prize" stock is breaking out". Anyway, considering the plunging
market FNTN is making remarkable progress. And when I think of
it, as the markets get more volatile, wouldn't FNTNs service
become more valuable? The need to have ones "thumb" on the
pulse of the markets will grow as the "world economy" grows and
the volatility of the markets to international stability increases.
I'm
still down front, enjoying the show......Dan, pass the popcorn.
