The current management has been in place for several years and they saved the value for the shareholders by placing WMCLQ in bankruptcy to give WMCLQ the needed time to maximize the value of WMCLQ assets. By having the bankruptcy case dismissed WMCLQ will preserve the NOL of $224 million and shelter future taxable income. Current management has done a great job of turning this company around in less than 2 years and rebuilding there cash position from $1 million to approximately $117 million on 9/30/98.
