Customers to enjoy one-stop shopping and support for Xerox toners and supplies.

PORTSMOUTH, NH (April 12, 1996) -- Bottomline Technologies, Inc., the Portsmouth, NH-based developer of payment technology systems, will now offer supplies and support for the full range of Xerox desktop MICR printers. The Xerox Corporation, the Stamford, CT-based document company, has named Bottomline's MICR Consumables Division an official reseller of Xerox toners and supplies.

Since disbursement systems and laser check writing are an integral part of Bottomline's concentrated business, BT's MICR consumable customers enjoy the benefits of their troubleshooting and service offerings as well as competitive prices on supplies for Xerox 4197, 4215 and 4219 laser printers. Bottomline's Customer Support organization works to ensure MICR quality by serving as an intermediary between the customer and financial institutions.

“Because we specialize in MICR document creation, we're not simply selling a product, we're also offering a support service,” said James Loomis, Bottomline Technologies Executive Vice President and Head of the MICR Consumables Group. “Bottomline has enjoyed a long relationship with Xerox and our Consumables Division grows even stronger with the addition of Xerox's proven reputation and quality products.”
