MO - Just got off their 3Q conf call. It will be available on their site this afternoon. Look at their income statement and tell me what I am missing. Obviously the market does not agree with us - but we have been nibbling today. Nothing was said today that was off plan - maybe could tighten a little on sg&a - but the acquisitions are working - the German tax situation is not pleasant (looking to tax the independent sales force) but it is not a huge problem. These guys know how to run an aggressive balance sheet for a sales based operation from their private ownership days. They make smart acquisitions. They have room on their credit facilities, they are going to make 2.20 or so next year and the stock is trading down! I say the market is not always right in the short term and I am a buyer at these levels. I am not going to sell my techs to buy it - but it is a perfect diversification from the usual internet, hardware and consulting names everyone owns. Don't look at Primix - I can't stand to see a grown man cry. peace - t d
