PNET only permits the internet user to call out directly to a list of businesses. Infointeractive's Internet Call Manager is the equivalent of phone Call Waiting with Caller ID and a choice of options ie. transfer to another line (your cell phone, to free voice mail,etc Check out the site www.infointeractive.com for a demo. The functions are related to the level of services. If you are a Vancouverite you can buy it from BCTel who has branded it as ICDirect, I think. Anyway it is the IIA product.
