Its mentioned in the prospectus that they might have problems with registration code being cracked and I would be willing to bet that if you got on I-phone and talked around that you could obtain a patch fairly easy off of the internet. Many are using now for free and I bet the company will admit that. Digiphone is getting high marks comparable to I-phone now and its not limited to IRC servers. I also wouldn't put it past AT&T to put a squash to it either if it effects their revenue too much. I hear traditional phone companies are already complaining I-phone and similar companies should be regulated like they are.
